Reaffiliation
When a broker accepts the affiliation of a severed (but otherwise in good standing) member, this form must be submitted to the board not later than 7 days of said affiliation accompanied by the fee.

Requirements for Reaffiliation
- All Applications should be duly filled, signed and dated by the applicant.
- Reaffiliation Application Form should be duly signed and dated by the office Broker / Responsible officer of the firm.
- Copy of Valid CA DRE Salesperson License needed for Realtor and MLS Members.
- Copy of Appraisers Certificate needed for MLS Appraisers.
- Applicant must fill the NAR# on the Membership Application Form, if he/she were ever/ are a board member of any other Board.
- Payment is accepted at the membership services desk in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
