Requirements for being a Realtor / Salesperson
- Membership Application and other Forms should be duly filled, signed and dated by the applicant.
- Membership Application should be duly signed and dated by the office Broker.
- Copy of Valid CA DRE Broker's License needed.
- Letter of Good Standing/Dues Waiver from the primary board if other than SRAR, if joining as a dual/secondary member at SRAR.
- Applicant must fill the NAR# on the Membership application Form, if he/she, were ever/are a board member of any other Board.
- Payment is accepted at the membership services desk in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Note: The Broker of the office must be a broker in good standing at the SRAR board.
